SDA pushing for better pay and conditions at Bunnings

In 2019, Bunnings and the SDA negotiated a new Agreement to cover Warehouse and Small Format Stores.

Bunnings chose to withdraw its application for approval of the proposed Agreement and employees continue to be covered by the expired 2013 Agreement.

While Bunnings have implemented some of the improvements that were negotiated in 2019, the SDA believes that continuing to operate under a long-expired Agreement is unfair for members at a successful retailer like Bunnings.

The SDA is calling on Bunnings to return to the negotiating table and negotiate terms for a new Agreement which could then be put to members for your approval.

Securing a new Bunnings Agreements is the best way to lock in improved pay and conditions over the next few years.
