Good news! The new Hungry Jack’s Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission.
The new Agreement will apply from Monday 23 December 2019.
This is a fantastic outcome for Hungry Jack’s employees as the Agreement will ensure:
- Higher base rates of pay than the Fast Food Award
- Improvements to penalty rates
- Better rostering conditions
There are also a range of new benefits in the new Hungry Jack’s Agreement including paid family and domestic violence leave.
The SDA worked hard throughout negotiations to ensure you receive fair pay and working conditions.
