New Proposed Coles Retail Enterprise Agreement 2024

Important Information for Coles Liquor Workers

Following negotiations, the proposed Coles Retail Enterprise Agreement is ready for Coles Liquor and Coles Supermarkets workers to consider.

In late 2023, Coles decided that one Agreement should apply to workers at Coles Liquor and Coles Supermarkets.

The proposed Agreement is based off the existing Supermarkets Agreement and contains changes to Coles Liquor workers’ working conditions and entitlements.

The existing Agreement nominally expired in December 2017 and the SDA has negotiated various extras and better conditions for workers including higher penalty rates and wage increases each year.

The proposed Liquor Agreement will guarantee the various ‘extras’.

For more information on the proposed Agreement, please see the SDA summary document that contains the main differences between the proposed Agreement and the current Coles Liquor Group Retail Agreement 2014 below.

Copies of documents of a final Agreement team members are being asked to consider will be available on myColes. Click here to view it now.

Please read this information carefully and if you have any questions, please speak to your SDA Delegate, SDA Organiser or call the SDA. Make sure you have your say.
