Negotiations for a new Taco Bell Agreement

Your Taco Bell Agreement sets out your pay and conditions at work.

The current Agreement has nominally expired but you’ll continue to be covered by it until a new Agreement is finalised.

Securing a new Taco Bell Agreement is the best way to secure your pay and conditions going forward.

The SDA expects to start negotiations with the Company for a new Taco Bell Agreement soon.

The Notification of Employee Representational Rights (NERR) from the Company has been issued which is the formal notice for commencement of bargaining.

As the union for Taco Bell workers, the SDA will represent you in negotiations with the Company.

Before any negotiations begin, we will be surveying members about what you want in your Taco Bell Agreement.

We will then take your feedback to form a set of claims (log of claims) to take to the Company.
