Remember, you’re not alone at work.

The SDA is here to provide our members in retail, fast food and warehousing advice, support and information about your work. And we can help if something goes wrong by making sure you know your rights and are represented work.

It’s also important to know that when it comes to your mental health, where you can go to access professional help.

If work is having a negative impact on your mental health, contact the SDA for advice about how to approach this at work but also seek professional help.
